Assistant Chief Paul Pham serves with the Los Angeles Fire Department in Operations Central Bureau, where he provides command oversight for one of the Department’s busiest operational areas, supporting multi-battalion response, resource coordination, and incident management within a complex urban environment.
Chief Pham is actively engaged as the Director of Training and Executive Development with the Chief Officers Association, where he leads initiatives focused on leadership development, training alignment, and preparing the next generation of chief officers, while supporting organizational continuity and executive coordination on issues impacting the membership.
With over 25 years of service, Chief Pham brings extensive experience in emergency operations, personnel management, and command-level decision-making, developed through a career spanning both field operations and executive leadership roles.
